If you are here then you probably want to find out what tax bracket you are in or even just simple information about tax brackets, right?

I'm not a tax professional but I do know a few things about tax brackets. I have worked as a tax professional but I am now retired. I sometimes volunteer to help seniors file their tax returns.

Anyway, I seem to get off topic. Back to the tax bracket topic. Many folks have asked me the same question over and over about what tax brackets are and, more commonly, how to find out what tax bracket they are in. So, I created this Blog to give some information about tax brackets.

Name change...
If you have visited my Blog before, you might have noticed the name change of my tax bracket blog. I'm not very creative when it comes to naming my blog so, at first, I just named it Johnny's Tax Blog. But, many of my supporters told me that it was just not clear enough what this blog was about. After all, I'm not competing with the IRS and I am not claiming to give information on all things taxes or tax filing - I don't have that much time, folks..... I have my garden to tend to and I have many things I need to do and there is just not enough time in a day to do everything. So, this blog will be all about tax brackets but I might add some other things to help folks file their tax returns easier.... well, let's see how it goes...

For now, enjoy info on tax brackets. Hopefully, the information I provide on this blog will help at least some of you with your tax bracket questions. I know I have been asked by a lot of people so let's hope that this blog helps explain a thing or two about tax brackets.
